Helping emerging professionals move from uncertain to unstoppable.

The transition from college to the corporate world is about more than finding a job.

It is about learning how to make decisions without a syllabus, communicate your value without years of experience, and confidently enter a workplace that may feel completely unfamiliar.

Campus to Corporate Coaching helps students and recent graduates replace confusion with clarity, build practical career skills, and take ownership of their professional futures.

Meet Jen, MBA

Jen is the founder of Campus to Corporate Coaching and a corporate strategy and operations leader with experience navigating growth, acquisitions, and organizational change. Jen spent a a decade growing her career after graduating from Tufts University with a BA in Economics, and now she has turned this into a passion for helping others find their niche in the corporate world and capitalizing on it for career success. She also earned her MBA from NYU Stern in 2024, balancing an evening graduate program while working full time in a demanding corporate job simultaneously.

Drawing on her experience at leading technology companies and her career coaching training, Jen helps emerging professionals identify their strengths, values, and purpose, and then turn those insights into a practical career path. Her approach combines self-discovery with hands-on support in resumes, applications, interviews, and workplace readiness, helping clients build careers that are both successful and meaningful.

Career coaching that gets existential—and tactical.

Traditional career advice often starts with the resume. Campus to Corporate Coaching starts with the person.

Before deciding where to apply, you need to understand what you are looking for, what you can offer, and how your experiences connect to the opportunities in front of you. That is the existential work.

Then, we turn that insight into action by building your resume, identifying opportunities, tailoring applications, developing a networking strategy, preparing for interviews, and creating deadlines that keep you moving. That is the tactical work.

By combining both, clients develop more than a stronger application. They develop the clarity, confidence, and career-management skills they can use long after landing their first role.

Our Core Values

Personalized, not prescriptive.

There is no single correct path into the corporate world. Coaching is tailored to each client’s experiences, interests, strengths, and goals.

Modern and relevant.

The job market has changed. Coaching reflects the realities of AI, evolving hiring practices, increased competition, and the skills companies value today.

Reflective and practical.

Self-discovery matters, but clarity must lead to action. Every coaching engagement combines meaningful reflection with concrete next steps.

Support with accountability.

Clients receive encouragement, structure, and hands-on guidance—but they remain responsible for doing the work and building their independence.

Honest guidance.

Coaching is grounded in transparency. Jen offers thoughtful feedback, realistic expectations, and direct guidance designed to help clients grow.

Your career does not need to begin with a perfect plan.

It begins with understanding where you are, identifying your next step, and having the right support to follow through.
